I've been waiting for the order for almost a month.

I ordered a box of avocados on November 10th to have it shipped on the 11th. They didn't ship, and only at my request was an order created for November 25th. Today is December 1st, and I still haven't received my package. This has never happened with past shipments, but this time it just isn't there.

First of all, thank you for choosing our products once again and for being part of our big family.

I have read your review carefully and would like to clarify some important points:

• Your order was placed on November 10th and, as indicated on the product page, shipping was scheduled for November 25th. This is fresh fruit picked on demand, and it is precisely this unique feature that allows us to always guarantee the highest quality.

• The shipment was made regularly on November 25th via GLS, and we immediately sent you the tracking number via email to follow its progress.

• Your package has been on delivery since yesterday. Unfortunately, couriers are experiencing delays these days—due to Black Friday—and this has also affected your delivery.

That said, every review, positive or negative, is an opportunity for us to grow. We will strive to make the shipping date even clearer during the order process to avoid any future misunderstandings.
